Kundalini – Deep Within ONLINE with Cali (all levels/english)

Kundalini - Deep Within

A slower, inward-focused Kundalini class designed to help you switch off, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Through focused and intentional movement and mantra we release tension and create space to go deeper, finishing with a long and grounding rmeditation.

Cali has been devoted to her yoga practice for over a decade, earning her 200-hour Vinyasa certification in Bali and 220 hours of Kundalini with Panch Nishan. She also trained in Sound Healing in Berlin with Martin Balance and has also studied astrology at Argentina’s renowned Casa XI, bringing a unique blend of cosmic insight and holistic wisdom to her teaching. Her classes are immersive and energizing, cultivating presence, focus, and a deep connection to breath, body, and self. Using the power of visualization and sound, Cali guides students into greater awareness and release. Her classes are both playful and powerful, leaving students grounded, uplifted, and fully renewed inside and out
