vinyasa Leah’s class follows the creative and flowing technique of Vinyasa yoga. There is a focus on safe and optimal alignment, exploring sensation, and bringing awareness to the body’s infinite possibilities.

Ausbildung

Leah is a lover of movement in all of its glorious forms. Through her work as a dancer, she discovered yoga initially as an enhancement to her existing training. In many ways, it has since become the basis of her approach to understanding and activating the body and the mind. She has fallen more in love with the practice the deeper she explores.
