Vinyasa ONLINE with Verena (intermediate/english)

This Kundalini Yoga practice weaves together breathwork, dynamic movement and meditation to cleanse, strengthen and harmonise body and mind. Through focused techniques and uplifting kriyas, the practice supports you in moving beyond perceived limitations and connecting with your inner energy and vitality. This Kundalini Yoga class offers a nourishing, traditional practice that gently awakens your energy and supports inner balance. We close with a gong relaxation during Śavasana, allowing the sound current to enhance the flow of prana, encouraging deep restoration, harmony, and a sense of subtle renewal. Kundalini Yoga is suitable for all levels. For beginners, it's helpful to know that the class may include chanting, specific breathing patterns and repetitive sequences designed to awaken and balance your energetic system. As always, you are encouraged to listen to your body and practice with awareness and respect for your own pace. If you’re joining virtually from home, having blocks and a blanket on hand can be very helpful, though none of it is essential.
