Online Heels Edgework Technique & Flow (1-3)

Heels Edgework Technique & Combos is designed to encompass all the technical skills you need for confident + graceful Edgework on heels. 

What is Edgework?

Edgework on heels focuses on using your heels as an extension of your body, incorporating them in a fluid and elegant way into your flow. Edgework uses the full range of your ankle mobility to create interesting shapes, and a slinky connection between your Heel and the floor.

Whether you’re into funky Heel forms, or just want to slink out your Old-school flow -> learning to connect to the edges of your Heels will make you a more graceful + confident Heels Pole Dancer. In our weekly Edgework class with Isaeblla, you will learn to master the art of controlling the Edges of your heels in dynamic turns, pivots, and intricate footwork, to highlight and enhance your unique Heels Flow.

Each class will focus on a specific set of skills using drills and combos, to fully integrate the new learnt technique into your body. You can use the drills in your practice later, to truly elevate your Heels Edgework and take it into the next level. The learnt combos will be offered with different variations for different levels, so you can easily add them later on to your Freestyles or choreographed flows.
