A physiotherapist and passionate Pilates trainer, Iva brings a holistic approach to movement, health, and well-being. Her classes combine knowledge, precision, and care — helping you move better, feel stronger, and find balance in both body and mind. With years of international experience and a deep passion for mindful movement, Iva creates sessions that are empowering, restorative, and full of positive energy.

The youngest face of Pilatesness! Ljupka is currently training to become a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, while also completing her final year of education as a Fitnessbetreuerin (fitness trainer and wellness coach). She is passionate, communicative, warm, and genuinely caring, which makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome in her classes from the very first moment. Her teaching style is inspired by classical Pilates — simple, controlled, and surprisingly intense. The kind of workout that slowly makes every muscle burn while still feeling good in your body. Or as she likes to say: she’s “killing you slowly” :)
