Energy Within [ W/S ]

Reset your system. Understand your energy. Energy Within is a half-day workshop designed to help you better understand how your body and nervous system respond to stress, movement, and recovery.

We begin with a 60-minute yoga practice focused on mobility, regulation, and embodied awareness, creating the foundation for deeper insight. You’ll then be guided through an expert-led introduction to bioenergetics, followed by your individualized energy analysis (the central insight piece of the experience).

A curated coffee and snack break offers space to integrate, reflect, and connect with the group in a relaxed setting.

This workshop is designed to leave you not only feeling grounded, but with practical understanding you can apply to your movement practice and daily life.You’ll leave with:
