Acroyoga Beginner Plus Course (Level 2) - Autumn 2026

Dear Acroyogi*nis,

This course is the continuation of our beginner series (level 2) - the bridge between acroyoga newbies and our intermediate course. We will teach you to refine your basics, add new poses and link them into fun flows. You can join for the full series, book a 7-class-pass or drop-in tickets (see below).

It is perfect for you if you've already had around 8-10 acroyoga lessons (or equivalent experience), know basic static postures as well as first transitions and are curious to further explore the world of flows and washing machines.

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place in our studio in 1060 Vienna (Loquaiplatz 11).

14 Class dates (each Thursday from 19:00-20:30):

• September: 17. + 24.9.
• October: 1,. 8., 15., 22. + 29.10.
• November: 5., 12., 19. + 26.11.
• December: 3., 10. + 17.12.

Can't make it to all the dates? No problem - you can use your left-over classes within the same series, so until mid December 2026 for any of our weekly classes. Just let us know beforehand which one you want to join.

Pre-requisites. You should be able to do at least 80% of these poses as a base OR flyer. It can be with a spotter for safety :) Please reach out to us if you’re not sure.

You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come as a couple it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.

Each class includes a good warm up, introduction of new postures, time to revisit and practice previous ones and explanations on how to link them in flows.

There will also be an optional WhatsApp group to share questions and get feedback about your practice during the week. Places are limited to guarantee a personal and guided experience.

Energy exchange:

• 280 Euro for a 14 class pass (Full series)
• 160 Euro for a 7-class-pass (first or second half of the course)
• 25 Euro for a drop-in class
