Pilates Post Injury – 2 Day Weekend Deep Dive

This module requires prior completion of anatomy in use module.

Learn how to confidently adapt Pilates for clients with injury joining private or group classes and guide them through safe, informed, and effective programming.

Designed for certified Pilates teachers, this workshop explores practical strategies for working with clients returning after injury.

Building on the knowledge gained in Anatomy in Use, you'll learn to recognize common movement challenges, create appropriate modifications, and deliver Pilates sessions that are both safe and effective.

Participants may cancel their workshop booking up to one month before the workshop date and receive a refund.

For cancellations made less than one month before the workshop date, the studio reserves the right to retain the full workshop fee, and no refund will be issued.

The studio also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, venue-related issues, or other reasons beyond its control. In such cases, participants will be offered either:

A full refund of the workshop fee, or
A transfer of their booking to another available workshop.
