Join us for a special FOCUS experience combining movement, creativity and a little time to slow down. 🤍

We’ll start with a 50-minute Reformer Pilates class, focusing on strength, control and mindful movement.

After class, it’s time to get creative: you’ll receive your own candle to paint and personalize with your favorite colors, patterns and designs. 🎨🕯️

While your candle dries, relax and enjoy Matcha & Snacks together with the FOCUS community.

At the end of the event, your personally designed candle is yours to take home. ✨
