In this Sound Bath session, we will work with themes of stress release and gentle heart opening. Using the full set of seven crystal bowls, we'll guide the body into a slower, softer state where the nervous system can unwind and reset.

You'll be invited into a calm, steady flow of sound-supporting your whole body to relax while naturally creating more space in the heart area. Nothing intense, nothing forced... just a gentle journey to help you feel clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

With a Master's background in psychology, my passion has always been understanding how emotions move through the body and how subtle experiences shape our inner world. Sound healing became the place where my scientific curiosity and my intuitive side met. I work with sound as a gentle therapeutic tool-using vibration, frequency, and deep listening to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and heart-centered awareness. My approach is calm, grounded, and designed to help people feel held, safe, and open to their own healing process.
