Aerial Healing Breath Flow is a gentle fusion of mindful movement, breathwork, and the support of the hammock. This class invites you to slow down, release physical and emotional tension, and reconnect with your inner peace and meditative nature.

You will explore floating aerial postures that encourage release and relaxation, enhanced breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. The session weaves together breath techniques, soothing aerial shapes, and meditative moments to foster a sense of lightness, balance, and inner healing.

Wrapped in weightlessness, the body unwinds and the mind quiets, as healing energy flows with every breath.

Whether you are new to aerial yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a nurturing space to expand your breath, balance your energy, and restore your sense of well-being.
