Über
Virendra (Viru) Naik commenced his Iyengar Yoga journey at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) at the age of nine. He has had the privilege of continuing his education under the direct tutelage of Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar, along with Geetaji and Abhijata Iyengar, a lineage that continues to guide him to this day. For the past decade, Virendra has shared his knowledge and experience as a teacher at the Institute. His teaching experience extends internationally to Japan, United States, Argentina, Uruguay, and now Germany.
