In this immersive workshop, Adrián will guide you through a powerful somatic dance journey through each elemental force, inviting you to integrate their energies in your body—grounded, flowing, radiant, free, and mindful. You will be awakening powerful channels of self-expression, emotion, and inner wisdom.

The main objective of the workshop is to expand your sense of identity and integrate the different versions of who you are through the embodiment of these elemental forces. Every element expresses different qualities that are already within you.
