In this intensive Kick School, we’ll work on clean technique, balance, control and power. We’ll break down different kicks step by step, combine them into effective combinations and put everything into practice using pads and equipment.

With plenty of repetitions, individual corrections and time to focus on the details, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to make their kicks cleaner, more controlled and more powerful.

We’ll finish with guided stretching and a gentle cooldown for tired legs and a calmer mind.
