SPIN FLO CHOREOGRAPHY and PERFORMANCE with Sophie Duncan (Int.)

Level - Intermediate, must be able to invert up the pole and ideally perform a ‘Drop D’, ‘Butterfly’ or for advanced students, an ‘Ayesha’.

We will learn two spinning combos designed to focus mostly on the flow and transition of the movements, and getting the most out of your climb, to make it beautiful, effective, and functional. Lots of lovely shapes and also different options for different levels. Plus, lots of ideas and concepts, for story-telling techniques which will bring your narratives to life, and enjoy bringing your concept to the stage.
