We begin in a sacred circle, naming intentions and calling the body back as temple. Guided somatic awakening leads us from stillness into pulse, and from there a wave of music carries us deeper — into emotional alchemy and revelation.

Together we dance the year open — shaking off what’s done, honoring what remains true, and welcoming what wishes to arrive.
