Treat your spine to a session of flying massage! This is the calming and relaxing side of acroyoga, also called “lunar” acroyoga. We add Thai massage elements while balancing a partner on our feet, hands or knees. Gravity does most of the work and your spine feels like it’s lengthening in the process.

Hannah & Alexis will guide you through a sequence of seated and flying stretches and twists to make your back feel strong and relaxed at the same time. We end with a Thai massage exchange to leave you feeling even more relaxed :)

This workshop is beginner friendly - you can join even if you have never tried acroyoga before.

No partner needed! Come with a friend or on your own.
