Dear mindful community!

We are thrilled to announce a big work shop by a lineage Tai Chi and Qigong master Shufang Li in September. She is flying all the way from China to Vienna to hold an exclusive workshop for Bodyconcept community. It is going to be a whole week of pure traditional practice and wisdom.

9 hours of connection, peace and ancient knowledge coming straight from the roots of the tradition. 

Shufang Li has more than 25 years Tai Chi and Qigong experience and is a lineage holder of Yang Family Tai Chi tradition, 6th generation. She is a first category traditional wushu teacher according to China Wushu federation and a qualified international wushu competitions judge. Shufang Li spent most of her lifetime time in Yongnian, Hebei Province, China, where Yang Style Tai Chi originally comes from. Therefore, was surrounded and educated by a highest level internal martial arts masters of China. 

Workshop will be assisted and translated from Chinese into English by Shufang Li official disciple and proudly a Bodyconcept trainer, Yana Murray.
