À propos du cours

To start, lie horizontally in the water on your stomach, keeping your arms extended straight in front of you with your hands together. Make sure your legs are straight and close together as well.

Next, push your hands outward in a "Y" position until you surpass your shoulder width. This will signal the start of your pull movement.

Now, begin bending your elbows up, causing your hands to move towards your back. Once your hands reach the line of your shoulders, bring your arms together, moving them closer to your body.

Once both hands are close to each other and on the surface, push them forward and enjoy a smooth glide for about two seconds before doing the next stroke.

Practice the arm movement in conjunction with the froggy legs. As you extend your arms forward, bring your legs together and straighten them out behind you.

Remember to breathe properly during the stroke by taking a deep breath each time you pull with your hands towards your back.
