À propos du cours

To perform the water treading leg movement, start by standing in chest-deep water with your back straight and your arms holding the edge of the pool. Keep your legs together and bend your knees slightly. Then, sweep your right foot out to the side and away from your body, and do the same with your left foot. Begin rotating your legs in a circular motion, moving them in opposite directions to create a circular movement. Keep your legs close to your body to minimize resistance. With practice, you can master the water treading technique and maintain your position in the water with minimal effort.
