To perform sculling on the chest, lie face down in the water with your arms extended straight out in front of you, and move your hands in small circular motions while keeping your palms facing down and your fingers together. Gradually increase the size of the circles while keeping your hands close to the surface of the water, and focus on maintaining a stable body position and a smooth, continuous motion with your hands. Experiment with different hand positions and angles to create different types of propulsion and adjust your body position in the water.
