À propos du cours

Swimming breaststroke with your head above the water might seem challenging at first, but with practice, it can become a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

To keep your head up while swimming, it's important to let your legs sink deeper into the water. Keeping your legs too high can cause discomfort or even pain in your back or neck. To avoid this, kick with your legs in a frog-like movement, driving them deep towards the floor of the pool.

As for your arms, they should be extended in front of you and perform the same movement as in breaststroke, but without pulling them towards your chest. Instead, try to create an extended "Y" position and then slowly return your arms back in front of you.

Remember to breathe regularly while swimming breaststroke with your head above the water. Taking deep breaths in between strokes can help you maintain your energy and focus, as well as keep you calm and relaxed.
