À propos du cours

It's important to remember that both the leg and arm movements are necessary for maintaining balance and creating buoyancy. When performing the arm movements, start by holding onto the wall or pool edge with one arm while the other arm performs circular motions in the same direction as your leg movements. After a few seconds change the hand. Keep your movements close to your body and your head above water to maintain balance. With practice, you can master this technique and stay afloat with minimal effort.
