To perform a flip turn, first approach the wall at a comfortable speed and lower your head while tucking your chin towards your chest. Flip using your core muscles and ensure your feet touch the wall simultaneously. Push off the wall with enough force and use a variety of kicks to continue swimming. For freestyle, use a flutter kick or dolphin kick to propel yourself forward. It may take some practice to master the technique and timing of the flip turn, but with persistence, it can improve your swimming technique and speed.

Born in Romania, I began swimming at a young age and pursued a career that spanned over 17 years. Throughout this time, I traveled the world, competing in various international swimming competitions and earning an impressive collection of over 250 medals.
