To tread water, you need to assume a vertical position in the water with your head and shoulders above the water surface. Start making small circular motions with your hands to keep your head above the water, known as the sculling motion. Next, bend your knees slightly and place your feet shoulder-width apart, and begin kicking your legs up and down in unison in a froggy-like movement. Lastly, keep your head above the water and take deep breaths.

Born in Romania, I began swimming at a young age and pursued a career that spanned over 17 years. Throughout this time, I traveled the world, competing in various international swimming competitions and earning an impressive collection of over 250 medals.
