To perform froggy legs on your back, you can follow these steps:
1. Lie on your back: Start by lying on your back in the water, with your arms straight by your sides.
2. Drag the foot towards you. The foot should not be pointed
3. Bend your knees: Bend your knees and bring your heels towards your buttocks.
4. Spread your knees: Spread your knees apart, so your legs form a "V" shape.
5. Extend your legs: Extend your legs outward and away from your body, keeping your knees bent.
6. Bring your legs back in: Bring your legs back stars in the initial position.
7. Repeat: Continue to kick your legs outward and inward in a repetitive motion, using the muscles in your thighs and calves to propel you through the water.
Remember to keep your head back and your face out of the water. This technique can help you stay afloat and move through the water while conserving energy. As always, it's important to practice in shallow water until you feel comfortable with the technique, and to swim under the supervision of a lifeguard or other qualified swim instructor.
