Hey Loves,

in this Video you will find a beautiful Beginner Trick: The Stargazer! - No Invert Required :-). We will work this shape out of the climbing, in this class we will go over the technique first on static pole and then take it all the way to spinning pole. If you want to see what trick looks like you can check out my Post from the 26th of August 2024 on my Instagram (@curlypole) so you know what you are in for. :-)

Also please make sure to do a warm-up beforehand, you can do one by yourself or use one from my library. In the video we will do pre-exercises and a trick specific warm-up, but please make sure to get your entire body ready first!

If you have any questions on the moves always let me know and of course I am always happy to see you train and workout with my videos, so don`t be shy to send me your videos :-)
