Honestly, not a great experience especially for beginners. The instructor wasn’t welcoming or understanding at all, and the overall vibe was bad. At the end, she basically said that no one was forced to come if it’s “not your thing.” That kind of comment just inappropriate and unnecessary. When you’re paying for a class, you expect at least a basic level of professionalism. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to beginners.

Very nice and calming class

Sehr kompetent, ruhig in den Anweisungen. Abwechslungsreiche Einheiten. Nettes Team. Man fühlt sich nach der 1.ten Stunde bereits kräftiger und entspannt.
