Michelle ist einfach die Beste! Ich hab schon viele Pilates Studios probiert und die sind alle nichts im Vergleich zu diesem. Es ist so effektiv und während der Klasse wird wirklich auf jeden einzelnen genau eingegangen um sich keinen Schaden durch falsche Haltung anzueignen.
