JUNE is all about making you feel good – really, really good! That’s exactly what our Pilates-inspired, modern group workouts are designed for. Our signature Dynamic Reformer classes combine dynamic flows, controlled strength work, and great music to create an energizing, feel-good training experience.
Alongside our Dynamic Reformer workouts we also offer Sculpt x Chair, a Pilates Chair and mat workout combination, all rooted in Pilates principles but reimagined as a contemporary, athletic group workout.
