At Nuju, Pilates isn’t a lifestyle. It’s part of how we live. Our space is designed to feel welcoming and grounded, so you can move towards your goals with ease, wether that’s building strength, improving posture and mobility, or simply feeling more at home in your body. Beyond the physical practice, Nuju is about connection. A supportive community. A place to arrive, breathe, and belong.
Our classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or already experienced. If you’re new, we recommend starting with Nuju Balanced, a calm and guided class focused on alignment and technique. Before class: Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Bring a water bottle and grippy socks, or you can purchase a pair in our Studio. Arrival & duration: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit. All sessions are 55 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. Late entry is not possible once the class has started. Pregnancy & post-natal: Pilates can be practiced during pregnancy with medical approval. We offer a dedicated Baby Belly class. After birth, we welcome you back from 6 weeks post natural birth or 10 weeks after C-section, with your doctor’s approval.
All equipment needed for your session is provided in the studio. For Reformer classes, grippy socks are required. If you do not have a pair yet, you can purchase them directly at the studio in different styles and sizes. Changing rooms, lockers and a walk in shower are available. Please remember to bring your own towel if you plan to shower.
You can cancel your class up to 18 hours before the start time directly via Eversports. In this case, your class credit will be returned automatically. Cancellations within 18 hours of the class start time, as well as no shows, will be charged in full. For safety reasons and out of respect for the group, entry is not possible once the class has started. If you arrive late, your spot and class credit will unfortunately be forfeited.
Arrive as you are. Move with intention. Leave feeling lighter, stronger and more at home in your body. Pilates is a universal language. Most of our teachers speak German and English and will make sure you feel welcome and at ease in our studio. Please be mindful of the validity of your credits and class packages. Expired credits or packages cannot be extended or refunded. You will always find the validity details on our Eversports profile and website.
