PULSE offers bodyweight workouts mixed with pilates, barre, and calisthenics exercises - PULSE, PULSE Extreme, and PULSE Define stand as effective classes designed to suit various levels. Try and see for yourself!

    We also offer PULSE Fight classes that can teach you proper boxing techniques, strenghten your endurance with a variety of weighted and unweighted exercises, and ultimately get you ready to deliver knockout punches!

    Our PULSE team is a group of passionate trainers who love to workout pushing you and even ourselves to the limit. We will give you everything we have to keep you focused and engaged within an effective workout atmosphere. We will never hold back - the love we feel for each carefully designed workout is just too big.
