WHAT TO EXPECT
45 minutes filled with fun & sweat in a unique team atmosphere and a mixture of cardio elements on the rowing machine as well as strength exercises on the floor. Check out and combine our various class formats with different focus areas for the ultimate well-rounded athletic workout.

David war als Trainier sehr kompetent und freundlich, die Einheit hat Spaß gemacht. Im Winter braucht ihr einen Pulli.

Sehr nicer Trainer der sich super auskennt und gut erklären kann. Location war auch sehr cool. Gerne schnellere theoretische Erklärung und dafür ein längeres Aufwärmen (auch weil der Raum eher kühl ist).
